Waubgeshig
Rice
Waubgeshig Rice is an author from Wasauksing First Nation on Georgian Bay. He has written three works of fiction, most recently the best-selling novel Moon of the Crusted Snow. His short fiction and essays have been published in numerous anthologies. Rice graduated from Ryerson University’s journalism program in 2002 and spent the bulk of his news and current affairs career with CBC. He currently lives in Sudbury, Ontario with his wife and two sons.
