Lue
Palmer
Born in Canada, with roots in Portland, Jamaica, Lue Palmer is a writer of literary speculative fiction, long-form journalism, and poetry. They are a recipient of the 2021 Octavia E. Butler Memorial Scholarship. Their work is focused on Black experiences of nature and climate change, and has been published in the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Lue’s first novel, The Hungry River, is forthcoming.
