Adam
Garnet Jones
Adam Garnet Jones is Cree-Métis from Amiskwacîwâskahikan (Edmonton). A writer and beadworker, he previously worked as a TV and film writer/director/producer before shifting toward content development and advocacy for Indigenous creators. He founded the role of Indigenous Initiatives Lead at Telefilm Canada and is currently the director of television content and special events at the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network. His novel, Fire Song, is an adaptation of his 2015 feature film of the same name. Jones currently lives in Tkaronto (Toronto).
